LAMDA Training is now a part of a curriculum for many schools and Colleges. We have a variety of experienced LAMDA Tutors who'll be able to advise and facilitate for the LAMDA exams.
Knowledge for Every Level
LAMDA is one of the UK’s oldest and most respected awarding bodies. They have been offering practical examinations in communication and performance subjects for over 130 years. In this time, their qualifications have helped hundreds of thousands of candidates of all ages and abilities to develop lifelong skills.
LAMDA exams are about achievement – recognising and rewarding the endeavours of each individual – but they are also about empowerment. Their ultimate aim is to provide all people with the opportunity to develop the life skills they need to be a success: attributes such as self-confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and present ideas.
At the heart of LAMDA examinations is the recognition that the qualifications are for everyone. Across the globe, the examinations unite learners of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and cultures in enthusiasm for the English language and a desire to develop skills for life.
Many schools and colleges are now offering LAMDA Qualifications to their students. LAMDA is a great way for students to learn technical skills and eventually earn valuable UCAS points to go towards their Higher Education applications. We believe that offering LAMDA will enhance the profile of your institution and is funded directly by the parents. We take care of all administration and have access to test centres. We are also happy to provide free 'taster' sessions to your students.
We were approached by a local school to give them a permanant LAMDA presence in the school as they felt that their parents had an expectation to find it at the school. After an initial meeting we offered two free workshops where the students could get to meet us and we could give them the relevant information to take home to their parents. We now have several students signed up and many have received Distinctions in their latest exams.
