Course Facilitation

Designed to enhance your current provision, whether it be a block of workshops or continuous curriculum support through weekly workshops.

Overview

Some Institutions require a little bit more.

Course Facilitation

Course Facilitation is designed to give you the entire package. Working with many of the UK curriculums we can design and facilitate an industry relevant course predominantly based around BTEC Level 2 or 3.
Equally we can provide a handful of workshops to enhance knowledge around certain areas of the curriculums. Using industry professionals not only enhances the course profile but also provides an insight into the latest techniques used in an ever changing industry.

Case Study

We were approached by Canterbury Academy who wanted to create an industry relevant, level 3 BTEC course to add to their sixth form provision. Working closely with their already excellent drama staff we developed industry relevant course content based around a drama school training programme, branding, created their website, assisted and advised on promotion and created The Canterbury Institute For Performing Arts. To facilitate their course we provided them with highly skilled drama facilitators and Industry performers and directors to work on termly set projects. Working in partnership with the Canterbury Academy they have seen their student numbers go from 30 to 120 and the Performing Arts provision received a special mention from OFSTED. CPA now also boasts one of the higher acceptance rates of students into Drama schools and FE Drama training of any equivalent Institution in the country. Students have gained places at RADA, Central School of Speech and Drama, Arts Ed, East 15, Mountview, Oxford School of Drama and the Royal Scottish Conservatoire as well as training programmes at The National Youth Theatre and Fourth Monkey.
